Essential role of METTL3 in mitochondrial function and epigenetic regulation during preimplantation development in mice

We obtained transcriptomic profiles in mouse morula stage embryos (72 h post-insemination (hpi)) which had been microinjected with non-targeting or Mettl3-targeting antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) at the one-cell stage (3–6 hpi). Overall design: In vitro produced mouse morula stage embryos were processed to RNA-Seq. The experiments were duplicated using ten embryos per group.
