该数据集是中车时代电动汽车股份有限公司在参与新型器件在新能源汽车电机驱动系统中的示范应用项目中,基于任务要求,在开展封装基板材料功率半导体新能源汽车电驱模块设计过程中通过建模仿真得到的原始数据。通过使用计算机、三维设计软件CREO 3.0、仿真软件FLOEFD得到了得到了稳态工况下电驱模块的NTC/变压器温度、冷却液进/出口压力、关键区域空气流速等参数在仿真进程中的实时迭代数据,相关数据为试验记录的原始数据,不需要加工处理。数据量为452KB。
This dataset is the original data acquired via modeling and simulation during the design of power semiconductor new energy vehicle drive modules with packaged substrate materials. It was generated when CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. participated in the demonstration application project of new devices in new energy vehicle motor drive systems based on project requirements. Using computers, 3D design software CREO 3.0 and simulation software FLOEFD, real-time iterative data of parameters such as NTC/transformer temperature, coolant inlet/outlet pressure and air flow velocity in key areas of the drive module under steady-state operating conditions were obtained during the entire simulation process. The relevant data are unprocessed original experimental records, with a total data volume of 452 KB.
