Model-calculated values for the proportion of pupils eligible for a vocational programme have been developed by SKR in a regression model comparing the municipalities with other municipalities and taking into account the need for financial assistance, newly immigrated pupils (0-4 years old), the level of education of parents, gender and from 2017 the proportion of pupils with unknown background. Refers to pupils in municipal schools in the municipality regardless of where they are registered.
