本数据库收录了国家标准中医临床诊疗术语的第一部分，规定了中医临床常见疾病的基本术语及其概念，包括中医内、外、妇、儿、眼、耳鼻喉、皮肤、肛肠等临床常见病及其定义，共计978条，并按中医认识疾病的规律进行分类。病的确定以中医为主，能中不西，在符合中医学理论体系和临床实践的前提下，收录了部分经改进、新创和分化的病名，以反映中医学术发展的成熟内容。另有病状性术语49条，当病种难以确定时，可以症状待查形式作为暂时性诊断。This database encompasses the first volume of the national standard clinical diagnosis and treatment terminology for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It specifies the basic terms and their conceptual definitions for common TCM clinical diseases, including common disorders and their definitions from TCM internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, anorectal surgery and other clinical departments, totaling 978 entries, and is classified according to the pattern of disease recognition in TCM. The determination of diseases prioritizes TCM-based nomenclature, following the principle of preferring Chinese medicine terms over Western medical ones when applicable. Under the premise of conforming to the theoretical system and clinical practice of TCM, some improved, newly established and differentiated disease names are included to reflect the mature academic developments in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Additionally, there are 49 symptomatic terms. When the specific disease type is difficult to confirm, the format of "symptom pending diagnosis" can be used as a tentative diagnostic notation.
