It provides Arabic questions, Arabic answers, answer lists, question identifiers, image identifiers, and COCO image filenames. This dataset does not redistribute the original COCO images, and both its training and validation splits reference the images contained in the official COCO 2017 train2017.zip archive. The dataset is intended for Arabic visual question answering research, multilingual and Arabic visual-language modeling, parameter-efficient multimodal model adaptation, low-resource multimodal learning research, and the evaluation of Arabic VQA systems.
