Transcriptome sequencing of soybean flower buds under high temperature stress

Wild-type control Tianlong No. 1 and GmMYB21a-overexpressing soybeans were subjected to high-temperature stress treatment. Flower buds of different sizes were selected for transcriptome sequencing to analyze the downstream genes regulated by GmMYB21a under high-temperature stress.
