大型汽车驻车制动率检测分析数据

驻车制动率是汽车检测时制动性能的综合指标之一，它反映了汽车驻车时的稳定性,是衡量汽车安全性的主要技术指标，尤其是大型汽车，由于自身重量大，驻车制动率尤为重要。本数据可以对车辆的情况进行安全性评价，保证了车辆的安全性和检验结果的准确性。1、整车静态轮荷=一轴左轮静态轮荷+一轴右轮静态轮荷+二轴左轮静态轮荷+二轴右轮静态轮荷+三轴左轮静态轮荷+三轴右轮静态轮荷+四轴左轮静态轮荷+四轴右轮静态轮荷；

2、整车空载驻车制动力=二轴空载驻车制动力+三轴空载驻车制动力+四轴空载驻车制动力；

3、驻车制动率=整车空载驻车制动力/整车静态轮荷/0.98*100%。根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》，《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定，一般车型驻车制动率合格范围为 ≥20%，其中半挂牵引车的驻车制动率合格范围为≥15%。总质量为整备质量1.2倍以下的机动车车型的驻车制动率为 ≥15%。

It reflects the parking stability of a vehicle and is a primary technical indicator for assessing vehicle safety, which is especially crucial for heavy-duty vehicles given their substantial self-weight. This dataset supports safety evaluation of vehicles, ensuring both vehicle safety and the accuracy of inspection results.

1. Total static wheel load of the entire vehicle = Static wheel load of left wheel on 1st axle + Static wheel load of right wheel on 1st axle + Static wheel load of left wheel on 2nd axle + Static wheel load of right wheel on 2nd axle + Static wheel load of left wheel on 3rd axle + Static wheel load of right wheel on 3rd axle + Static wheel load of left wheel on 4th axle + Static wheel load of right wheel on 4th axle;
2. Total no-load parking brake force = No-load parking brake force of 2nd axle + No-load parking brake force of 3rd axle + No-load parking brake force of 4th axle;
3. Parking brake ratio = (Total no-load parking brake force / Total static wheel load of the entire vehicle / 0.98) × 100%.

Per the Chinese national standards GB7258-2017 Technical Requirements for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation and GB38900-2020 Items and Methods for Motor Vehicle Safety Technology Inspection, the qualified range of parking brake ratio for general vehicle models is ≥20%, while that for semi-trailer tractors is ≥15%. For motor vehicle models with a gross vehicle mass less than 1.2 times their curb mass, the qualified parking brake ratio is ≥15%.
