国家海洋大数据服务平台（海洋云）是面向海洋科研、资源管理、防灾减灾和公众服务建设的综合性海洋数据开放共享平台。平台汇集海洋站、浮标、雷达、调查断面、海洋水文气象及全球海洋融合数据等资源，为用户提供数据目录检索、在线浏览、可视化展示、数据下载和数据产品服务。

The National Marine Big Data Service Platform (Marine Cloud) is a comprehensive open sharing platform for marine data, which is developed for marine scientific research, resource management, disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as public services. It aggregates various resources including marine stations, buoys, radars, survey sections, marine hydrometeorological data and global marine merged data, and provides users with services such as data catalog retrieval, online browsing, visual display, data download and data product services.
