Solanum melongena (Eggplant) Raw sequence reads

The aim of the current study was to highlight the differential gene expression between two pairs of N-use efficiency contrasting eggplant genotypes and the correlation with the different ability to cope N-stress under limited N supply at short and long-term. Throughout an RNAseq ap-proach, eggplant transcriptomic profiles were compared to pinpoint the main molecular players involved in plant responses to low nitrate aiming to identify novel target genes for NUE im-provement.
