Outlines or for all zoning changes adopted and proposed since January 1, 2002. Includes outlines for current Certified rezonings. Selected city-initiated text amendments to the Zoning Resolution since 2002 that have discrete geographical boundaries may be included.本数据集收录2002年1月1日以来所有已通过及拟议的区划变更（zoning change）方案大纲，同时涵盖当前已完成认证的重新区划（Certified rezoning）方案大纲。2002年以来，部分经筛选的、由市政府发起的带有离散地理边界的《区划条例》（Zoning Resolution）文本修正案亦可纳入本数据集。
