This dataset contains information for case reports with preliminary offenses (or crimes) that are submitted by Glendale Police Officers. Data is extracted from the Glendale Police Department Records Management System (RMS). The National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) utilizes standardized offense definitions to provide a common language to account for varying local and state laws. Each NIBRS offense belongs in one of three categories: Crimes Against Persons, Crimes Against Property, and Crimes Against Society.本数据集收录格伦代尔警察局警官提交的、涉及初步违法行为（或犯罪行为）的案件报告相关信息。数据提取自格伦代尔警察局记录管理系统（Records Management System，RMS）。国家基于事件报告系统（National Incident-Based Reporting System，NIBRS）采用标准化的违法行为定义，以构建统一的表述框架，适配不同地方及州级的法律规范。每一项NIBRS收录的违法行为均属于以下三类之一：侵犯人身罪、侵犯财产罪及妨害社会管理秩序罪。
