本研究针对荷兰地方劳动力市场政策的差异及其实施效果展开分析，数据集收录了1990年荷兰各市镇的如下统计字段：市镇代码、1988年预估劳动力人数、1988年预估劳动力总人数、市镇名称、GIRUG区域代码、1989年1月1日常住人口数、失业率、公共公园与绿地面积（英亩）、失业保障政策人均支出、经济政策人均支出、WGR区域、建成区面积、节点区域代码、所属省份、1988年失业总人数、1989年及1990年就业岗位数、对应项汇总值、市镇重组情况、1990年及1991年失业人数、对应项汇总值、经济政策预估总投入、1988年失业人数、市政委员中左翼政党成员占比。
