High dietary salt intake is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, leading to pathological changes such as cardiac hypertrophy. In this study, we utilized H9C2 rat cardiomyocytes as an in vitro model to explore the transcriptomic alterations driven by high salt stress. Cells were divided into a control group (CTRL) and a high-salt treatment group(HS). Through RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), we obtained comprehensive transcriptomic data to uncover the underlying gene regulatory networks and potential therapeutic targets associated with salt-induced cardiac hypertrophy.
