XMM-Newton observations of a complete sample of INTEGRAL detected AGN

We propose to observe with XMMNewton all 22 AGN (from a complete sample of 70INTEGRAL selected objects), for which no or limited spectral information areavailable below 10 keV. XMM observations will allow us to cover the missinginformation in the Xray band and to characterize the broad band emission ofthese newly discovered sources. We aim at assessing the role of absorption andto probe other properties of AGN spectra (power law index, high energy cutoffreprocessing features). We emphasize here the hard Xray selection of oursources and the unique role of INTEGRAL data in providing spectral informationabove 10 keV.
