行星减速机回程间隙检测数据

回程间隙是指齿轮与齿轮之间的间隙，一般称之为间隙，也称为背隙，回程间隙是对于行星减速机来说一个重要的性能参数，一般回程间隙越低，行星减速机的传动精度就越高。本数据通过检测相关数据计算得出减速机的回程间隙，判断该减速机是否符合国家标准规范，保证减速机的生产精度和生产质量。1、数据采集：从企业生产的行星减速机中随机抽选样机，记录样品编号、样品名称及其所对应的检测数据；2、数据检测：将减速机的输入端固定，使输出端顺时针和逆时针方向旋转，当输出端承受正负2%额定扭矩时，减速机输出端有一个微小的角位移，检测该角位移对应的偏差距离b和输出端半径r，从而计算出角偏差a°和回程间隙jt；3、数据处理：将检测得到的数据进行归集，根据回程偏差公式：b=2π*r* a°/360°，能够推导得出角偏差a°=b*360°/（2π*r），由于一度分为60弧分，换算可得回程间隙jt= a°*60= b*360°*60/（2π*r），将计算得到的回程间隙与企业技术标准的最大合格标准值进行比对，判断该减速机产品是否为合格产品；4、数据应用：回程间隙可以保证传动装置之间啮合流畅，减少磨损和摩擦，确保减速机的正常运行。通过本数据能够判断生产的减速机是否符合有关标准，保证减速机的正常长效运行。

Backlash refers to the clearance between gears, commonly referred to as clearance and also known as backlash. Backlash is an important performance parameter for planetary reducers. Generally, the lower the backlash, the higher the transmission accuracy of the planetary reducer. This dataset calculates the backlash of the reducer via relevant detection data, and judges whether the reducer meets national standard specifications, so as to ensure the production accuracy and quality of reducers.
1. Data Collection: Randomly select prototypes from the planetary reducers produced by the enterprise, and record the sample number, sample name and their corresponding detection data.
2. Data Detection: Fix the input end of the reducer, rotate the output end clockwise and counterclockwise. When the output end bears ±2% rated torque, a tiny angular displacement occurs at the output end of the reducer. Detect the deviation distance b corresponding to this angular displacement and the radius r of the output end, thereby calculating the angular deviation a° and the backlash jt.
3. Data Processing: Collect the detected data. According to the backlash deviation formula: b=2π*r*a°/360°, the angular deviation can be derived as a°=b*360°/(2π*r). Since one degree is divided into 60 arc minutes, the backlash can be converted as jt= a°*60 = b*360°*60/(2π*r). Compare the calculated backlash with the maximum qualified standard value specified in the enterprise's technical standards to judge whether the reducer product is qualified.
4. Data Application: Backlash can ensure smooth meshing between transmission devices, reduce wear and friction, and ensure the normal operation of the reducer. This dataset can be used to judge whether the produced reducers meet relevant standards, so as to guarantee the normal and long-term operation of the reducers.
