3、数据应用：用于绿茶外形/汤色/叶底的分级匹配、产品宣传中视觉特征的精准描述、检测机构对视觉维度的标准化评定，以及教学中视觉感官评价的案例分析。

1. Data Collection: Obtain the evaluation indicators including tea appearance, tea liquor color and infused leaf from the Tea Enterprises' Cloud Tea Evaluation Assistant Management System, and extract the evaluation texts of these three indicators from the historical green tea evaluation records of this system.
2. Data Processing: Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to extract keywords corresponding to tea appearance (e.g., flat and smooth, straight and sharply pointed), tea liquor color (e.g., light green and bright, yellow-green and bright) and infused leaf (e.g., tender, fairly tender but not uniform) from the evaluation texts, and generate a visual dimension keyword feature set.
3. Data Application: This dataset can be applied to graded matching of green tea appearance, tea liquor color and infused leaf, accurate description of visual features in product promotion, standardized assessment of visual dimensions by testing institutions, and case analysis of visual sensory evaluation in teaching.
