Whole-genome sequencing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain ZYZ

This project contains the whole-genome sequencing data of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain ZYZ. The genome was generated using the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing platform and assembled for downstream analyses including genome annotation, antimicrobial resistance investigation, and comparative genomics.
