VPRS 16362 Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee

This series includes minutes and papers from the Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee, which was renamed the Remuneration Advisory Committee. The inaugural meeting was held on 23 June 2004. The functions of the committees included corporate governance policy development, review of staff and senior management remuneration, and review of the CEO's performance. There is evidence in the Executive Committee Minutes that the Remuneration Advisory Committee was still in existence in 2005 but minutes beyond 2004 have not been located.
