Ribo-Seq and RNA-seq sequencing of WT and Rpl3l-/- mouse hearts

RPL3L is a ribosomal protein expressed exclusively in adult straited muscle tissues, and a paralogue of the ubiquitously expressed RPL3. Here, we are looking into the effects of Rpl3l knockout on translation in adult mice hearts. Ribo-SEQ and RNA-seq done on WT and Rpl3l-/- mouse hearts in biological triplicates.RPL3L是一种特异性表达于成体横纹肌（striated muscle）组织的核糖体蛋白（ribosomal protein），亦是普遍表达的RPL3的旁系同源基因（paralogue）。本研究旨在探究Rpl3l基因敲除（knockout）对成年小鼠心脏蛋白质翻译过程的影响。实验针对野生型（WT）及Rpl3l基因敲除纯合小鼠（Rpl3l-/-）的心脏组织，分别完成了三次生物学重复的核糖体测序（Ribo-seq）与RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
