collectNET

collectNET is a comprehensive web platform for analyzing cell-cell communication (CCC) networks mediated by ligand-receptor (L-R) pairs. It integrates prior knowledge from three public L-R databases and three inference methods to provide a reliable online CCC inference service, hierarchical browsing, statistics, and visualization.
