Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemarie extract targets gut-liver axis to combat atherosclerosis in ApoE-/- mice

This project aims to investigate the impact of T-k treatment on gut microbiota composition in a mouse model of atherosclerosis using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. By comparing microbial profiles between treated and control groups, we seek to explore the role of gut microbiota in the progression of atherosclerosis and the potential regulatory effects of T-k intervention.
