Transcriptome of Sod1 and Sirt2 double knock out mouse (PRJCA033760)

To investigate the effect of Sirt2 ablation in Sod1 knockout-induced progeroid mice, we found that Sirt2-/- Sod1-/- double-knockout mice exhibited a significantly reduced lifespan and pronounced progeroid phenotypes. These mice demonstrated increased expression of aging-related genes and marked immune dysregulation.
