Our positive control antibiotic causes dose dependent inhibition in all but M. avium 101.Shown are the effect of the test agent as either enhancement (%+ΔcGI) or inhibition of growth (- = %−ΔcGI) compared to control vials containing the same concentration of DMSO. See Methods for calculating %−ΔcGI. The dose ranges are “Minimal” = 0.25–2 µg/ml: “Low” = 4–8 µg/ml: “Medium” = 16–32 µg/ml and “Maximal” = 64–128 µg/ml. In these Tables “Maximal” is always the 128µg/ml data. For actual dose tested in individual experiments see the Abscissa on individual Figures.
