Study on Microorganisms of Spodoptera litura

The high-throughput sequencing technology ( 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing ) was used to reveal the structural characteristics and diversity of environmental microbial flora in the large-scale breeding system of Spodoptera litura. The correlation between the core functional flora and the host surface flora was analyzed, and the potential regulation of the microbial community on the growth and disease occurrence of Spodoptera litura was discussed.
