Urban planning-Situation of municipalities vis-à-vis Article 55 of the SRU-Grand Poitiers law

Article 55 of the SRU Act of 2000) stipulates that municipalities with characteristics presented in the annexed document must have 25% of social housing in their stock of main residences. This rate is reduced to 20% in some "untensioned" territories, of which Grand Poitiers is a part. Remarks: in 2015, data are not available for the commune of Montamisé because the commune reached 3,500 inhabitants that year. In 2016, data are not available for the municipalities of Chauvigny and Saint-Georges-les-Baillargeaux, which have been affected by this obligation since 1 January 2017, the date on which they entered Grand Poitiers.
