circular RNA expression in the rat orbitofrontal cortex after self-administration of heroin or sucrose

In this study we identified circular RNAs that are regulated in the orbitofrontal cortex after chronic heroin self-administration of a dosage of 0.03mg/kg/infusion or sucrose self-administration. We performed a microarray with 3 biological replicates each of orbitofrontal cortex tissue from male saline or male heroin self-administration animals, and male sucrose self-administration or male naive animals, collected immediately after the last self-administration session.
