A dataset of the paper:Efficient plant regeneration from in vitro leaves and petioles via shoot organogenesis in Sapium sebiferum Roxb.

In early June of 2018, healthy and fresh shoot stems (Fig. 1a) were collected from a 9-year-old high-yielding tree (S-51) with red autumn leaves growing at the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sci-ences (N 31° 49′, E117° 13′).All experiments were conducted in a rand-omized complete block design (RCBD). Every treatment was repeated in three replicate experiments with at least 20 explants per treatment. The data were presented as the mean ± standard error (mean ± SE). All data were analyzed using ANOVA, and means were separated using Tukey’s test at P ≤ 0.05 (Origin 8.5, Origin Lab, USA).
