E-Participation Index derived

The E-Participation Index is derived as a complementary indicator to the United Nations E-Government Survey. It expands the scope of the survey by focusing on the use of online services. The framework of e-participation revolves around three main components: E-Information Sharing: Enabling participation by providing citizens with public information and access to it, either proactively or upon request. E-Consultation: Engaging citizens in contributions and deliberations regarding public policies and services, and interacting with stakeholders. E-Decision Making: Empowering citizens through the co-design of policy options and the co-production of service components and delivery methods, enabling participation in decision-making.
