Pipeline Galaxy 16S

Galaxy Pipeline for 16S analysis. This file describes the pipeline used in the Galaxy platform (an open source, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research; https://usegalaxy.org/). This pipeline was intented to analyze chromatogram files and to edit the bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequence associated with the different bacterial isolates from our publication. The main outcome was the consensus sequence used afterward in the NCBI Blast database.
