Smartphone-Based Videoconferance Telehealth for patients with Crohn’s Disease

The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility and effectivity of smartphone-based real-time video visits.We prospectively randomised 139 patients either to traditional (FTF) or online clinic (OLC) in a tertiary university hospital.We measured patients satisfactions clinic metrics such as disease activity,visit outcomes ,socioeconomic parameters,and travel expencess.本研究旨在评估基于智能手机的实时视频问诊的可行性与有效性。研究于某大学附属三级医院开展，我们将139名患者前瞻性随机分为传统面对面（FTF）组与线上门诊（OLC）组，并对患者满意度、门诊相关指标（含疾病活动度、问诊结局）、社会经济参数及出行费用进行了测量与评估。
