This geodatabase intends to represent the hydrography within Barnstable County (Cape Cod), Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America. The hydrography is represented by digital line work, or "polygons" within a geographic information system (GIS). The GIS allows for the storage of attributes about the polygons. The polygons represent inland water body shorelines and riverine features.
