Mouse paw electrical stimuli data (5 sec of stim off, 5 sec stim on, 10 sec stim off, repeated blocks 14 times). 2Hz pulse of electrical stimulus. Framerate 8.4Hz. Frames are 78x78 pixels. Variables are gcamp and Oxy for gcamp fluorescence data and oxy hemoglobin respectively, each pixels x pixels x frames x blocks. Variables Avggcamp and AvgOxy averaged run over blocks. Act2 is the average gcamp frame over the stimulus on frames. Each frame consists of an image of the dorsal cortical surface of each Thy1-GCaMP6f expressing mouse. Four sequential LED channels were used; blue (470nm) for GCaMP6 excitation, green (530nm), yellow (590nm), and red (625nm) for hemoglobin spectroscopy. 小鼠爪部电刺激数据集:刺激周期为5秒刺激关闭、5秒刺激开启、10秒刺激关闭,该循环重复14次。电刺激脉冲频率为2Hz,帧速率为8.4Hz,单帧图像分辨率为78×78像素。数据集包含两类核心变量,分别为gcamp(GCaMP荧光数据)与Oxy(氧合血红蛋白数据),两类数据的维度均为像素数×像素数×帧数×刺激块数;另有Avggcamp与AvgOxy变量,为全部刺激块的平均结果;Act2为刺激开启时段内所有GCaMP帧的平均图像。每帧图像均为表达Thy1-GCaMP6f的小鼠的背侧皮层表面视图。实验采用4路时序LED通道:470nm蓝光用于GCaMP6激发,530nm绿光、590nm黄光与625nm红光用于血红蛋白光谱检测。数据处理与分析工具详见Brier与Culver于2021年4月发表在BioRxiv的研究成果。
