Standard of Coverage (SOC) 2017

Standard of Coverage (CY2017) The Austin Fire Department's Standard of Coverage (SOC) is "90% within 8 mins". In other words, our goal is to reach 90% of our emergency incidents within 8 mins from call-receipt to on-scene.奥斯汀消防部门的覆盖标准（CY2017）规定为“在8分钟内达到90%的覆盖范围”。换言之，我们的目标是确保从接到报警到现场处置的整个过程中，90%的紧急事件能在8分钟内得到响应。
