中医肝胆脾系证候AI辅助诊断数据

本数据集合基于自主研发的中医AI大模型构建，涵盖胁痛、鼓胀等肝胆脾系疾病的核心证候类型，系统收录各证型对应的症状名称、部位、性质、量化特征及证型鉴别要点。数据通过多维标注和结构化处理，建立了症状与证型之间的量化关联逻辑，并融合西医糖尿病并发症的临床背景解读，形成具有循证医学特色的中医辨证知识库。适用于中医临床辅助诊断、智能辨证模型训练、医学教学及中西医结合科研等领域。This dataset is constructed based on an independently developed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Large Language Model (LLM). It covers core syndrome types of liver, gallbladder and spleen system diseases such as hypochondriac pain and tympanites, and systematically collects symptom names, locations, properties, quantitative features and key syndrome differentiation points for each corresponding syndrome type. Through multi-dimensional annotation and structured processing, the dataset establishes a quantitative associative logic between symptoms and syndrome types, and integrates clinical contextual interpretations of Western medical diabetic complications, thus forming a TCM syndrome differentiation knowledge base with evidence-based medicine characteristics. This dataset is applicable to fields including TCM clinical auxiliary diagnosis, intelligent syndrome differentiation model training, medical education and integrated Chinese and Western medicine scientific research.
