VPRS 18927 Clinical Risk Management Committee Meetings, Agendas and Minutes

This series comprises agendas and minutes of the Clinical Risk Management Committee of the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5265). The role of this Committee was to help reduce preventable adverse events through the proactive management of risks that could compromise patient safety. This involved the identification, management, ongoing monitoring, and evaluation of adverse events and near misses; the development of systems and processes that proactively addressed risk; and the identification and implementation of strategies and projects that focused on risk related issues or areas.
