Gene expression profile of human monocyte-derived macrophage stimulated with CRP (20 microg/mL)

Macrophages are immune cells in contributing to several kinds of diseases, and activation status of macrophages are considered to be regulated by several stimulations. Overall design: To test the gene expression change in activated macrophages, human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with CRP (20 microg/mL). The mRNA expression in control, stimulated, infected macrophages were analysed. Macrophages (200000 cells/well in 6-well plate) were stimulated with CRP. Based culture madium was DMEM/HamF12 medium supplemented with 10% FBS.
