Single cell RNA sequencing of activated T cells and HA+ B cells from tonsils immune organoids stimulated with flu antigens. Organoids were stained with hashing antibodies, and FACS sorted to enrich activated (CD38+HLA-DR+) CD3+ T cells. Cells from multiple donors/conditions were pooled and subjected to single cell RNA sequencing with TCR and feature barcodes.
