Unit survey, elderly care - Current routine when home care recipients, despite agreement, do not open the door, elderly care, proportion (%)
收藏资源简介:
For unit level, the value is given as Yes=1 and No=0, while at municipal level it is given as a percentage (%) of units where there are routines for how the home care staff should act when the individual, despite agreement, does not open the door / respond to the ringtone. The procedure shall be decided at management level and documented. It must be up-to-date, i.e. followed up or drawn up within the last year. Routines mean that staff know who or which people are being contacted when there is a need or support for a position on the appropriate action. This may involve contact with the head of unit, the responsible aid officer or nurse. The procedures describe a predetermined approach to how an activity should be carried out. This refers to own local written procedures or joint written procedures that the municipality has developed for its activities.
