Employing a Gnal heterozygous null (Gnal+/-) mouse model of DYT25 dystonia, we characterized the fecal microbiota by 16S rRNA sequencing. Further, striatal single-nucleus RNA sequencing revealed the transcriptome changes of Gnal+/- mice supplemented with sodium butyrate.
