This application presents the results of the participatory mapping workshop for the 2016 Saipan Lagoon Use Management Plan (SLUMP). The use layers represent the aggregated general and dominant use areas for commercial, recreational and extractive uses - 20 individual uses in all. This information is used to inform policy decisions regarding future lagoon use, in order to protect the resource for the users of the next generation.
