Collective leave entitlement in days for full-time employees in selected industries in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2024

The dataset contains an overview of the collectively agreed number of leave days for full-time employees in selected sectors in NRW in 2024. In addition to the respective industry name, the data set contains information on the holiday entitlement, which is specified in different units (working days or working days) in accordance with the underlying collective agreements. Often, the number of vacation days is staggered (e.g. by length of service), so that minimum and maximum values are specified in the data set for these cases. If there is a single fixed value in a particular sector, it is entered under ‘Maximum value’. Accordingly, the entry ‘No value’ is then entered under ‘Minimum value’.
