We found the deficiency of TRAF5 (the tumor necrosis factor receptor-related factor 5) caused dysfunction of hPAECs (human pulmonary arterial endothelial cell). To detect the downstream genes of TRAF5, knockdown of TRAF5 (shTRAF5) or control (shScramble) vectors were transfected into hPAECs. And stable transgenic PAECs were obtained. Total RNA was extracted, and the RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) experiment was conducted for 6 shScramble and 4 shTRAF5.
