User assessment authority contact disability area – The handler talked so the user understood at the meeting, share “Yes” (%)

This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Number of answered “Yes” to the question “Did the handler at the meeting with you so that you understood?”, divided by the number of respondents to the question in total. The answer options were ‘Yes’, ‘Part-wise’ and ‘No’. The survey is not a total survey why the result for a municipality may be based on a smaller number of users’ answers, but at least five. The survey has been conducted using questionnaires adapted for people with disabilities (e.g. optional pictograms or reading). Data is available according to gender breakdown.
