Fine-scale spatial genetic structure in mangroves: a systematic evidence map of local dispersal, regional connectivity, and terminology across spatial scales Supplementary Materials S1–S8
收藏资源简介:
Supplementary Materials S1–S8 for the manuscript “Fine-scale spatial genetic structure in mangroves: a systematic evidence map of local dispersal, regional connectivity, and terminology across spatial scales” (Gado and Triest; submitted to Regional Studies in Marine Science). The evidence map follows a protocol registered in the Open Science Framework (https://osf.io/te5ch). Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection were searched (English Article/Review limits). Of 117 records, 81 were unique and 46 studies were included after full-text assessment. Studies were classified into four mutually exclusive tiers of spatial-genetic analysis. Contents: S1: screening decisions, PRISMA counts, registered search strings, scoping-versus-confirmatory audit, protocol concordance, and post hoc search-sensitivity probe S2: extraction table, tier assignments, construct decision rules and sensitivity analyses S3: evidence-map tables (genus, region, marker by tier), gap flags, Tier-1 biological framework S4: reporting completeness, applicability, and review-level limitations S5: bibliometric summaries and keyword frequencies S6: Tier-1 FSGS synthesis, Tier-2 isolation-by-distance feasibility, construct robustness S7: R script that reproduces the counts, tables and figures from the raw database exports [and the raw exports scopus-Aug15.csv and wos_Aug15.bib] S8: PRISMA 2020 checklist Figures S1 and S2: ranked author-keyword frequencies and keyword co-occurrence network No new biological specimens or primary genetic data were generated.
