Metabolomics analysis of Singapore grouper iridovirus infection on the spleen of Epinephelus lanceolatus

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis was used to conduct non-targeted metabolomics analysis of spleen samples from the MOCK and SGIV groups. A total of 166 differential metabolites (DEMs) were identified by metabolomics, which were mainly involved in amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism.采用液相色谱-质谱联用法（Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, LC-MS）对MOCK组与SGIV组的脾脏样本开展非靶向代谢组学分析。经代谢组学分析共鉴定出166种差异代谢物（differential metabolites, DEMs），这些差异代谢物主要参与氨基酸代谢、脂质代谢及核苷酸代谢过程。
