Designated rights-of-way shown on the City Planning Commission Master Plan of Arterial Highways and Major Streets referenced in Appendix H of the NYC Zoning Resolution. Single line features representing rights-of-way which appear on the City Map of New York City and are also classified as Principal Routes, Parkways and Toll Crossings on the adopted Master Plan of Arterial Highways and Major Streets.
