VPRS 13322 County Court Special Summons Register, Warragul

Successive County Court Rules have required the registrar of the court to keep a register of all verdicts, orders and judgements of the court. The register is the authoritative record of the court.This series was used to register actions initiated by "Special" summons. It covers claims for recovery of debt or a specific chattel. Examples include claims for goods sold and delivered, work and labour done, taxation matters, breach of agreement, and money owing.
