A metasurface enabling sub-diffraction-limit and multifocal focusing is proposed. Detailed investigations are conducted on its performances such as diffraction-limited behavior, high focusing efficiency (85%) and broadband focusing capability. Simulated parameters including the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the focused spot, spot size and reflectivity are primarily recorded, with a total data volume of 7.79 MB.
