Filming of swimming activity of Pseudocalanus acuspes in 24h acute exposure to CO2, KOSMOS 2013, Kristineberg, Sweden@en

The copepods were filmed for 10 minutes with a Viewpoint Zebralab behaviour analysis system with a dragonfly firewire camera. A number of activities (unitless) were automatically quantified in real-time by the Zebralab software: total activity, number of stops, freeze duration, medium speed count, medium speed duration, burst speed counts, and burst speed duration. The behaviours were averaged for every minute of the experiment. The total swimming activity is the total change of pixels over time.本研究采用Viewpoint Zebralab行为分析系统（Viewpoint Zebralab Behaviour Analysis System）搭配蜻蜓火线摄像头（Dragonfly FireWire Camera），对桡足类（Copepods）开展了10分钟的影像录制。Zebralab软件可实时自动量化多项无单位活动指标，包括总活动量、停顿次数、静止时长、中速运动次数、中速运动时长、爆发速度次数及爆发速度时长。实验过程中，每一分钟的各项行为指标数据均取平均值。总游泳活动量为像素随时间的总变化量。
