Development Contribution Waipa 2021

NOTE: This dataset can only be downloaded in a WGS 1984 projection. For accurate spatial analysis in New Zealand, ensure it is reprojected to the NZ standard projection. A development contribution is a levy on new developments collected under the Local Government Act 2002 to ensure that any development that creates additional demand on council infrastructure contributes to the extra cost that they impose on the community. Development contributions are assessed on: Roading and transport (RT) Water supply (WT) Wastewater (WW) Stormwater (SW) Community infrastructure (CI) Parks and reserves (PR) This layer contains the spatial areas only. Use columns 'Category', 'catchment' and 'location' for categorisation. For more information and the contribution's rates and fees, please go the Waipa Council's website.
